Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY (except Fallas, Tomatina and Moto GP)

To ensure the booking is essential to send us a credit card number, specifying if Visa or Mastercard, with the expiry date and full name of the card holder.

The guarantee would be used to load and charge the amount of at least one overnight stay, if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to arrival date of your reservation, or not come to occupy a room without having canceled in deadline.

Urban Youth Hostel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card before the arrival of the client.

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS – FALLAS / TOMATINA

15 days prior to arrival: no charge.
Between 15 days and 48 hours prior to the day of arrival: 50% of the reserved stay.
Within 48 hours in advance to the day of arrival: 100% of the reserved stay.
Urban Youth Hostel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card before the arrival of the customer.

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS – MOTORCYCLE

Urban Youth Hostel would load and facturaría the following amounts as cancellation fee if cancellation:

15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the reserved stay.
Between 15 and 7 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the reserved stay
Within the 7 days prior to the day of arrival: 100% of the reserved stay.
Urban Youth Hostel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card before the arrival of the customer. .

GROUPS

Payment terms:

25% deposit to secure the booking, non-refundable.
Rest, 15 days before the arrival

Conditions of cancellation:

Cancellation more than 30 days in advance, 25% of the total amount.

Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50%

Within 15 days (No cancellation / modification is allowed) 100% must be paid.
